2. REQUIREMENT, SUBMISSION AND QUOTATION

After our team conducts a thorough evaluation of your property, we’ll request a few essential documents from you. Once submitted, we’ll provide a transparent and tailored quotation based on your specific requirements. Our pricing is straightforward, with basic packages designed to suit your budget:

Standard – 7% of rental income subject to AED 7,000 fee + VAT

Premium – 9% of rental income subject to AED 9,000 fee + VAT

3. UNIT HANDOVER

Upon approving the quotation, the next step is easy. Sign the necessary contracts and hand over the reins to Pangea REMS. We’re committed to a seamless transition, ensuring your property is in capable hands.

4. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
